Refund Policy

Only those products which are returned from the customers as per the acceptable return policy and for which the replacement is not possible, will be eligible for refund.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Naaptol may, at its discretion, either contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify customer of such cancellation. In such cases Naaptol will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the payment has already been received)

Online Refund

In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (credit card/net banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer's card account from which amount was paid.

Refund will be done within 02 working days from the date of request of refund.

For online refund the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.

Offline Refund

In case the payment mode of the refunded order is offline (COD) the refund will donewith a E-voucher which user can redeemed on next purchase or encashed from My account section

Refund will be done within 02 working days from the date of request of refund post pick up.

1.How will I get my Refund ? Depending on the mode of payment used to place the Order following are the Refund Methods:

1)Cash on Delivery Orders:

a.E-Voucher

b.Bank Transfer ( Bank Details required)

2)Prepaid Orders:

a.Back to original payment source

b.E- Voucher

3)In exceptional cases where the payment mode of the refunded order is offline payments COD and customer denies to share Bank/UPI details, Naaptol offers them to refund by way of cheque/DD.

a.The refund will be through either by cheque/demand draft

b.Refund Cheque/DD will be processed within 03 working days from the date of request of refund.

c.Refund cheque will be sent to the billing address of the refunded order.

d.For offline refund the transaction might take 3-5 to despatch and 2-3 working days to reflect into your account once you deposit the instrument and the customers Bank's clearance timelines.

2.Haven't received my refund yet?

Check your email for confirmation and contact your bank with the reference number for updates.

3.Why does it take time?

Banks take time to reverse transactions. You'll see it within the promised timeframe. Contact your bank if it takes longer.

4.When will I get my refund?

The refund timing shall depend on various reasons as below:

a)Cancellation (before shipping): Immediate

b)Cancellation (after shipping): After the item returns to the seller

c)Returns (pick-up scheduled): After the seller receives the item

d)Returns (self-shipped): After the seller receives the item

5.How long does it take once the refund is initiated ?

The refund timings depend on the mode of refunds, tentative timelines are as below.

e)Debit/Credit Card: 7-9 business days

f)Netbanking: 3-7 business days

g)E- Voucher: 1 business day

6.How can I track my refund?

You can Check the status in "My Orders" or chat on whatsapp support.

7.What is Partial Refund ?

In case of Low Priced Offers (less than INR799) the Limited Warranty cases cases the Vendors have authorized Company to provide option to the customer to keep the product and in addition to compensate the customers by issuing E-Voucher equivalent to 50% of the product price which can be utilised against future purchases at Naaptol. This option is is solely at the discretion of the Customer otherwise replacement and refund under terms of Limited Warranty is available.

8.What is Shipping Cost Refund ?

In case of reverse pick up from customers if the pincode, of the customer is not serviceable by Company's Courier partners then customer can return the product by any courier at their own cost and subsequently can claim reimbursement from the Company.
