1.Why did the courier refuse my return pickup?

Couriers check items against specific criteria.If something's wrong (e.g.,wrong reason code,incorrect item),they'll refuse pickup.Ask the courier for the reason and double-check your return request details.

2.My pickup is complete.When will my refund be processed?

It usually takes 24 hours for the pickup status to update.After that,the seller processes your refund.

3.Why do I need to ship the item myself?

Pickup might not be available in your area.Ensure you ship it to the correct address within product warranty of the return, email to avoid delays.

4.Can I reschedule my pickup date?

Yes,you can choose a convenient date during the return process

6.What are the checks required for Return Items ?

i)Quality check seals intact:Do not tamper with any quality check seals or warranty seals that may be present on the product.

Device reset:For smartphones,laptops,and tablets,please erase all personal data by formatting the device and disabling any screen lock security (PIN,pattern,fingerprint).

k)In case of Multiple return requests how will I know which product is the courier picking up?

7.Will I get the replacement product during pickup?
